Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always enjoyed visiting the Genesee Country Museum in Mumford, NY. As an adult, I’ve grown to love it. The historic buildings and homes from my community from long ago are extremely inspiring. I had the idea to take color photographs of these old surroundings — especially because there are none from those time periods! The light in these buildings is amazing. I love the detail on the baskets.
